ARTICULO 278 . Informes técnicos . Los funcionarios podrán requerir a entidades públicas o privadas, que no sean parte en la actuación procesal, informes técnicos o científicos sobre datos que aparezcan registrados en sus libros o consten en sus archivos o en cualquier objeto, destinados a demostrar hechos que interesen a la investigación o al juzgamiento.
