º Los giros que se hagan para atender al servicio de la Deuda Pública Nacional y para el pago de los servicios diplomático y consultar de la República en el Exterior, sólo causarán el impuesto de que trata el artículo 5º del Decreto 2078 de 1940, en la proporción de un centavo ($0.01) moneda legal colombiana por cada dólar o su equivalente en otra especie extranjera.
