El conocimiento de los asuntos correspondientes a las entidades respecto de las cuales la ley le otorgue la inspección, control y vigilancia a la Superintendencia Bancaria y cuya naturaleza no pueda clasificarse de manera específica dentro de cualquiera de las Areas de Supervisión enunciadas anteriormente, corresponderá al Superintendente Delegado para Servicios Financieros y Compañías de Financiamiento Comercial.
