Todas las líneas telefónicas que se construyan en el país deberán serlo del sistema de circuitos metálicos, y corresponderá a los concesionarios hacer las transposiciones necesarias en aquellas líneas para suprimir los efectos de la inducción procedente de las líneas telegráficas colocadas sobre la misma postería o sobre portería vecina.
