Integración del Consejo Consultivo-Asesor de Industria . El Consejo Consultivo-Asesor de Industria estará integrado por: El Ministro de Desarrollo Económico o el Viceministro, quien lo presidirá; El Director del Departamento Nacional de Planeación o el Subdirector; Los Superintendentes, Presidentes, Gerentes y Directores de entidades del gobierno nacional que desempeñen funciones relativas a la Industria. También serán parte de este Consejo cinco (5) representantes de las asociaciones gremiales del sector privado vinculadas a la industria con sus respectivos suplentes. La Secretaría Técnica del Consejo estará en cabeza del Director de Industria del Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico.
