El Director Científico del Laboratorio, el Director Técnico y el Director Administrativo, responderán individualmente de la disciplina y buena marcha de sus respectivas secciones y todos ellos constituirán la Junta Directiva del establecimiento, presidida por el Director Científico, la cual dictará el reglamento interno del laboratorio y propondrá al Gobierno todas las medidas que fuere conveniente adoptar para su regular y próspero funcionamiento. Dicha Junta podrá suspender en cualquier momento a los empleados subalternos que no cumpliere debidamente sus obligaciones, dando cuenta inmediata al ministerio para su reemplazo definitivo con candidatos que ella misma propondrá.
