Art. 33.º Dicha certificación, en caso de que el hecho se haya ejecutado en acción de guerra, deberá ir apoyada por dos más del mismo estilo, expedida: la una por el Jefe del Estado Mayor inmediato del Cuerpo á que pertenecía el solicitante, y la otra por el primero ó segundo Jefe de dicho Cuerpo. A falta de estos últimos, se puede sustituir cada una de ellas con el dicho de tres testigos idóneos y caracterizados.
