Art. 3.º La Comisión nombrará un Secretario-Tesorero con un sueldo de doscientos pesos ( $ 200) mensuales. También nombrará los demás empleados que puedan necesitar y les asignará los sueldos respectivos, sometiendo tales nombramientos á la aprobación del Ministerio de Fomento.
