º . Los recursos del presupuesto nacional podrán permanecer por un tiempo superior al indicado en el artículo anterior, cuando así lo hayan convenido las entidades públicas como reciprocidad a servicios especiales que los establecimientos bancarios les presten. Para tal efecto los respectivos servicios y el tiempo de reciprocidad deben acordarse previamente y por escrito, el cual deberá remitirse antes de su suscripción para aprobación de las condiciones financieras por parte de la Dirección del Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
