Artículo único. Apruébase el Convenio de la Unión Internacional de Telecomunicaciones, firmado en Málaga - Torremolinos el 25 de octubre de 1973, su Protocolo Final y Protocolos Adicionales, y que a la letra dicen:

CONVENIO INTERNACIONAL DE TELECOMUNICACIONES

PRIMERA PARTE. Disposiciones fundamentales.

PREAMBULO

Reconociendo en toda su plenitud el derecho soberano de cada país de reglamentar sus telecomunicaciones, los plenipotenciarios de los gobiernos contratantes, con el fin de facilitar las relaciones y la cooperación entre los pueblos por medio del buen funcionamiento de las telecomunicaciones, celebran, de común acuerdo, el siguiente Convenio que constituye el instrumento fundamental de la Unión Internacional de Telecomunicaciones.
