Suspensión cautelar de giros en el procedimiento preventivo . Con el fin de proteger de manera inmediata los recursos del SGR, el DNP como administrador del Sistema de Monitoreo, Seguimiento, Control y Evaluación (SMSCE) podrá suspender los giros y pagos pendientes con estos recursos, en cualquier etapa del procedimiento preventivo. Esta medida se adoptará mediante acto administrativo motivado y contra el mismo procederá recurso de apelación en el efecto devolutivo.
