º. PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA ELECCIÓN DEL REPRESENTANTE DE LAS EMPRESAS DE NAVEGACIÓN FLUVIAL QUE OPERAN EN EL RÍO MAGDALENA . Las Empresas de Navegación Fluvial que operen en el Río Magdalena y que se encuentren debidamente autorizadas por el Ministerio de Transporte, dentro del término de los diez (10) días siguientes a la vigencia de este Decreto, elegirán democráticamente y comunicarán al Presidente de la República el nombre de su representante a la Asamblea Corporativa.
