Quedan derogados los artículos 1º, 3º, 4º, 5º, 6º, 7º, 8º, 14, incisos primero y segundo, y 16 de la Ley 65 de 1936, y el artículo 10 de la Ley 239 de 1938. Las obligaciones que, como consecuencia del aporte nacional imponen a los Municipios los artículos 9º y 10 y 11 de la Ley 65 de 1936 , o los derechos que, como consecuencia del mismo aporte consagran para la Nación esos artículos, se entiende que subsisten y serán secuela obligada de los aportes que haga el Fondo de Fomento Municipal.
