El Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil aprobará, antes del 30 de junio de 1990, la planta de personal del INPA que oportunamente le presente el Ministerio de Agricultura, con el lleno de los requisitos legales.

Esta planta deberá contener los cargos de carrera administrativa que actualmente tiene el Inderena en la Subgerencia de Pesca.
