Si el capitán es a la vez propietario o copropietario de la nave o tiene la calidad de armador, no podrá prevalerse de la limitación de responsabilidad establecida en el artículo 1481, sino respecto de sus culpas náuticas y de las mismas culpas de las personas al servicio de la nave.
