De toda sentencia o auto condenatorio por fraude a las rentas nacionales se sacará un extracto que contenga los nombres de los autores, cómplices y auxiliadores, su estado, religión, profesión y vecindad, la clase de fraude, el lugar donde se ejecutó y la pena impuesta. Dicho extracto se publicará en los periódicos oficiales de los Departamentos y en el Diario Oficial, quedando tales autores, cómplices y auxiliadores impedidos para ejercer cualquier cargo público.
