Sin perjuicio de la facultad a que se refiere el literal f) del artículo 16 de estos Estatutos, toda emisión de acciones podrá revocarse o modificarse por la Junta Directiva, antes de que sean colocadas y suscritas con sujeción a las exigencias prescritas en la ley o en los estatutos para su emisión.
