NORMAS Y PROCEDIMIENTOS APLICABLES. En los eventos de fusión, incorporación, transformación, disolución y liquidación se aplicarán en lo pertinente las normas establecidas para estos casos en la Ley 79 de 1988. El Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas decretará la liquidación conforme al procedimiento allí señalado.
