Término Para Investigar

Término para investigar. La investigación disciplinaria deberá perfeccionarse dentro del plazo de treinta (30) días prorrogables hasta por otro tanto por el fallador competente, dejando en el expediente constancia escrita de las razones que tuvo para ello.

Parágrafo

Cuando se trate de alumnos de las escuelas de formación, el término para investigar y decidir será de diez (10) días, prorrogables hasta por otros cinco (5) días, por causas plenamente justificadas.
