La cesión de treinta mil hectáreas de tierras baldías a que se refiere el artículo 1° de la Ley 54 de 1915, adjudicables en la región del Putumayo, por cuenta de la Nación y a favor del Municipio de Ipiales en el Departamento de Nariño, se hará en las zonas del ferrocarril de Tumaco a Ipiales en los terrenos baldíos que tiene allí la Nación.
