Las personas a quienes, en desarrollo de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, se les haga la notificación, podrán solicitar en cualquier momento hasta el 15 de octubre de 1953 el beneficio de libertad provisional de que trata el artículo 7° del Decreto número 2311 de 1953, o interponer antes del 30 de octubre del mismo año el recurso especial de casación a que se refiere el artículo 8° del mismo Decreto, si consideran que tienen derecho a alguna de esas gracias.
