Art. 43. Se pagarán en dinero todas las pensiones que no escodan de veinte pesos ( $ 20) mensuales, i respecto de las que escedieren de esta suma se pagará siempre la misma cantidad de veinte pesos ( $ 20) en dinero i el escedente en pagaros del Tesoro, o en los documentos que las leyes i decretos del Poder Ejecutivo señalen para este efecto.
