A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, los requisitos mínimos establecidos en el Decreto 1335 de 1990, podrán compensarse de acuerdo con las equivalencias entre estudios y experiencia contempladas en el artículo 15 del Decreto 33 de 1990, con la restricción de que trata el artículo 16 de dicho Decreto.
