El Gobierno Nacional podrá establecer estrategias de Cooperación Internacional, para facilitar el logro de los fines de la presente ley, así como implementar mecanismos que permitan el desarrollo de proyectos estratégicos con otros Estados para promover el tratamiento integral para las personas que padecen enfermedades huérfanas.

Ley 1392 de 2010 · Por medio de la cual se reconocen las enfermedades huérfanas como de especial interés y se adoptan normas tendientes a garantizar la protección social por parte del Estado Colombiano a la población que padece de enfermedades huérfanas y sus cuidadores.
