Revocatoria oficiosa. Cuando en el curso del proceso desaparezcan los presupuestos en que se funda la medida de aseguramiento, el funcionario procederá a revocarla oficiosamente. En este caso cancelará la conminación, devolverá la caución o pondrá en libertad incondicional al procesado según corresponda.
