Los Magistrados de los Tribunales Administrativos Seccionales no pueden ser suspendidos de su empleo sino por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, cuando contra ellos se haya dictado por la autoridad competente auto de proceder por causa de responsabilidad o delito que merezca pena corporal o pérdida de empleo, ni pueden ser privados de él sino por sentencia judicial
