La obligación de los fiscales delegados ante el Gaula de comunicar de manera inmediata la iniciación de las investigaciones previas e informar sobre el desarrollo de las mismas, prevista en el literal c) del artículo 6º de la Ley 282 de 1996 , se hará extensiva a todas las autoridades judiciales competentes que asuman la indagación, investigación o conocimiento del delito de secuestro.
