° A partir del 10 de marzo del año en curso, todos los sueldos y gastos diplomáticos y consulares, y los emolumentos consulares, así como los viáticos del Servicio Diplomático y Consular de la República se pagarán en dólares o con su equivalente en moneda legal al cambio corriente, siendo de cargo del Tesoro el valor de las primas de cambio correspondientes.
