Para efectos de la entrega del subsidio familiar de vivienda, el Instituto Nacional de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana -Inurbe-, podrá celebrar con entidades públicas o privadas debidamente facultadas para ello, los encargos de gestión de que trata el artículo 12 de la Ley 3º de 1991, con el objeto de garantizar un adecuado manejo de los recursos y la entrega oportuna y eficiente del valor del subsidio a quien suministró la solución de vivienda.
