Artículo sexto . El Banco de la República pasará al correspondiente Ministerio o Departamento Administrativo cuentas de cobro por el valor de las comisiones bancarias, las cuales se cubrirán por medio de órdenes de pago definitivas libradas a favor del mismo Banco, acompañadas de las constancias de que los giros fueron hechos a favor de las personas o entidades en el Exterior por las sumas indicadas en cada Relación de Pagos que le pase la Tesorería General de la República.
