Derógase el inciso c) del artículo 3º del Decreto número 2221 de 31 de diciembre de 1930, que establece que los nombres de poblaciones, compuestos de dos o más palabras, que se encuentren en el texto de los telegramas, se liquidarán separadamente. En adelante, los nombres compuestos de poblaciones o lugares que figuren en los telegramas, se liquidarán como una sola palabra.
