Cuando una nave llegue en lastre, esa circunstancia constará en el sobordo, a menos que el lastre tenga valor comercial, y deba descargarse en el puerto de llegada, caso en el cual se hará figurar en el sobordo lo mismo que cualquier otra mercancía. Vigente desde: 19/06/1931 y hasta el: 25/10/1984
