Art. 9.° Estas designaciones se harán por las Corporaciones á que correspondan, de la manera que estimen más expedita y libre de abusos ó engaños ; y podrán ser presenciadas por comisionados de las diversas parcialidades políticas del lugar en que se verifiquen, para que puedan cerciorarse de que se hacen conforme a la Ley.
