º . Comités técnicos . Mediante resoluciones del Ministro de Transporte, podrán establecerse comités técnicos de discusión con invitación de otras instancias públicas y de los particulares, para la valoración, discusión, propuesta, seguimiento y participación activa de la colectividad, en particular de los sectores transportadores, en asuntos puntuales que se relacionen con la materia objeto del presente decreto.
