Los Tribunales, Magistrados, Fiscales, Jueces y personal subalterno que se crean en esta Ley solo comenzaran a funcionar el 20 de enero de 1927, excepto los Fiscales de los Tribunales de lo Contencioso Administrativo que funcionaran en la fecha fijada para ellos expresamente y el Magistrado de que trata el artículo 1º, funcionara desde que sea sancionada esta Ley.
