En el marco de los planes de acción de humedales, el Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi (IGAC), la Agencia Nacional de Tierras (ANT), La Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, las entidades territoriales, y demás entidades encargadas, establecerán una metodología de actualización catastral más expedita y de valoración ambiental que determine incentivos en el pago de impuesto predial que conlleven a la protección, el cuidado y la conservación de los humedales.
