Entrega a las víctimas. Cuando el Juez Especializado en Restitución de Tierras ordene la entrega de un predio que se encuentre vinculado a procesos de extinción de dominio, la Dirección Nacional de Estupefacientes en Liquidación, o quien la reemplace en el ejercicio de sus funciones procederá a emitir los actos administrativos que internamente correspondan y a entregar el bien.
