Con destino a mejorar la dotación de muelles de las Islas de San Andrés y Providencia, se\alas un aporte del Gobierno Nacional por una cuantía de tres millones de pesos ($ 3.000.000.00), pudiendo las autoridades intendencia les, previo acuerdo con el Ministerio de Obras Públicas, proceder a celebrar los contratos de construcción a que haya lugar con firmas nacionales o extranjeras de reconocida experiencia en la materia.
