° Las oficinas habilitadas para el servicio de giros no podrán recibir envíos de valores declarados para oficinas destinatarias que tengan tal servicio; dichos envíos deben aceptarse como giros postales ordinarios. Solo pueden recibirse valores declarados cuando sean oficiales o con destino a una oficina que este suspendida en virtud del aparte c) del artículo 4° del presente Decreto.
