° Las Juntas de Control de artículos de primera necesidad quedan autorizadas para permitir excepcionalmente, un aumento prudencial de la renta máxima en el arrendamiento de inmuebles destinados a escuelas, colegios, clínicas, hoteles o pensiones y servicios especiales. La determinación de estos últimos la hará el Ministerio de la Economía Nacional.
