º DE LA ORDENACION DEL GASTO. La Junta Consultora de la Sociedad Fiduciaria administradora del Fondo Nacional de Calamidades determinará la cuantía de recursos hasta la cual el Gerente de la Sociedad Fiduciaria pueda ordenar gastos sin autorización previa, para la atención imprevista o inmediata requerida en caso de catástrofes y situaciones de naturaleza similar. En ese evento, cumplida la operación de emergencia o auxilio, el Gerente de la Sociedad Fiduciaria dará cuenta a la Junta Consultora de las inversiones o erogaciones realizadas, para efectos de la aprobación a que haya lugar,
