Ejercicio Del Derecho A La Interconexión

Decreto 4239 de 2004 · por el cual se reglamenta el artículo 14 de la Ley 555 de 2000 y se modifica el Decreto Reglamentario 2343 de 1996.

°. Ejercicio del derecho a la interconexión . Los operadores trunking que deseen ejercer el derecho consagrado en el artículo anterior, deberán

a)

Manifestar por escrito su decisión al Ministerio de Comunicaciones;

b)

Cancelar el valor que determine el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, el cual será determinado con base en el estudio del sector de comunicaciones que contratará la mencionada entidad.
