Se respetan las situaciones jurídicas concretas y los derechos adquiridos por los Contadores Públicos inscritos ante la Junta Central de Contadores y por las sociedades que hayan obtenido la conformidad o autorización para el ejercicio de las actividades propias de la Contaduría Pública antes de la vigencia de la presente Ley. Además gozará de todas las garantías otorgadas en esta Ley.
