Los Registradores al hacer el registro de todo título de adjudicación de baldíos harán constar con toda claridad, las condiciones resolutorias que expresamente contenga el título registrado. Las mismas condiciones resolutorias deberán constar en los certificados que se expidan a cerca del estado o situación en que se encuentre el domino de los baldíos adjudicados.
