Los dos miembros integrantes del Consejo Directivo designados por el Ministro de Minas y Energía tendrán un periodo de dos (2) años; estos miembros podrán ser reelegidos, por una sola vez, por el mismo periodo. Los demás miembros del Consejo Directivo lo integrarán mientras ocupen los respectivos cargos y podrán delegar en el nivel directivo.
