Si la solicitud reúne los requisitos indicados en el artículo anterior, el juez la aceptará dentro de los tres días siguientes a su presentación y oficiará a los demás jueces competentes para conocer del juicio de quiebra, a fin de que no se dé curso a dicho juicio o de que se suspenda, si ya se ha iniciado. Tales jueces, al recibo del oficio indicado, enviarán al juez de procedencia del mismo cualquier solicitud de quiebra o juicio de quiebra ya iniciado, en el estado en que se encuentre.
