El que, con ocasión y en desarrollo de conflicto armado, acceda carnalmente a persona protegida menor de catorce (14) años, incurrirá en prisión de ciento sesenta (160) a trescientos veinticuatro (324) meses y multa de seiscientos sesenta y seis punto sesenta y seis (666.66) a mil quinientos (1.500) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes.
