º Los impuestos que actualmente se causan en virtud de la factura consular continuarán vigentes y su producto se destinará para los fines dispuestos en las normas respectivas. Para todos los efectos fiscales la factura comercial reemplazará a la factura que se suprime por medio del presente Decreto.
