º . Separación de Cuentas y Depósito de la Cuota . Los recaudadores de la Cuota de Fomento Hortifrutícola deberán mantener los dineros recaudados en una cuenta separada de la que utilicen para el giro ordinario de sus negocios y están obligados a depositarlos en el Fondo Nacional de Fomento Hortifrutícola dentro de los primeros diez (10) días hábiles del mes siguiente al de su retención.
