º . Las personas jurídicas descritas en el artículo 1º de este decreto que actualmente presten los servicios públicos domiciliarios de agua potable y saneamiento básico en municipios menores, zonas rurales y áreas urbanas específicas, podrán continuar desarrollando esta actividad, con arreglo a lo dispuesto en el presente decreto.
